AVPN Melbourne Pizza Festival 2nd Edition
Running as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Australia had – for the second time – welcomed the AVPN Pizza Festival. Hold from 31st March to 2nd April, along the Riverwalk, Southbank, the festival is traditionally held in Naples each year and its having a great success Down Under. Valoriani Wood Fired Ovens were the protagonists at the Crown AVPN Pizza Festival.
The Melbourne Food Festival is a huge metropolitan event that impresses every year thousands of foodies. More than 250 different events are organised among the numerous restaurants of the city and surrounding charming suburbs. For the second time the Festival was organized in collaboration the Verace Neapolitan Pizza Association of which Valoriani Forni is a premium testimonial worldwide. In Southbank, along the shores of the Yarra River, renowned Master Pizzaioli showed their pizza art making skills in tens of stands, they surprised and delighted the crowd by revealing the secrets of made to perfection pizzas that truly amazed the tastebuds of many. The master Pizza Makers dedicated time to several educational moments in order to spread the culture of pizza in Australia. Techniques, ingredients and quality equipment are fundamental to produce the inimitable texture, fragrance and flavour or this iconic Italian recipe.
Alongside the pizza makers during the festival there were the Valoriani wood-fired ovens, internationally recognized as premium quality equipment to create the traditional gastronomic qualities of the Real Neapolitan Pizza.
