Pizzaiolo kit – Evoluzione Line

Pizza maker’s suitcase kit for professional pizza-maker contained in a soft and resistant bag.
The small size of this bag, thanks to the disassembled handles of peel and small peel, allows to put the bag inside trolley (tested on a rigid trolley size 86x58x36 cm). Evoluzione Line pizza peel and small peel disassembled in 3 pieces, can be used, depending on the need, in short version (assembling 2 pieces) or in long version (assembling 3 pieces).
