The best Woodfired Pizza Oven! I have one of these pizza ovens in my restaurant and it has never let me down. Joe has so much knowledge and expertise to share with all pizza chefs.

I have one of these Wood fired ovens in my back yard, and let me tell you, it’s the best thing I’ve ever purchased! Excellent for entertaining and so versatile. It cooks everything to perfection. Excellent service, definitely recommend these guys!

Anton and I would once again like to thank you for our wood oven. It has been unanimously agreed that this project was our best one yet. Your wood-ovens are a thing of beauty and to prove it we are sending you some pictures!

The pizza cooking class was terrific. Joe is an excellent teacher, and I really enjoyed the practical hands on nature, and the small class size. I’ll be coming back to do the other classes soon!
