Just wanted to say how much Gino and I enjoyed the class today. We left with so many little new techniques that we can’t wait to share with our family and thank you. The only thing we forgot. Was the recipe to your fabulous pizza dough!! Could you please send the recipe via email? Thank you so much.


I was at your pizza class with my sister and mum today and we forgot to pick up the recipe before we left! Would you be able to possibly email me the recipe when you get a chance, please? Thanks to you and Joe for again for a fantastic class today, we had a great time!

Fantastic time with Joe & team – A great time with an authentic atmosphere and excellent advice and tips. We saw the pizza oven being prepared and lit and then made pizza dough using authentic Italian ingredients and really noted the difference when we made the pizzas and consumed plenty. I couldn’t believe how great and simple, some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The teachings were simple and easy to follow. Staff were friendly and forthcoming with drinks!
