Thanks to their immense experience in the refractory field, Valoriani made its first Rotating Pizza Oven, available in a wood/gas combination. Key characteristics that put the Valoriani Rotating oven ahead of its competitors are:
* Refractory baking floor made from Cotto clay, not of concrete.
* Spitfire Gas Burner tailor-made to satisfy the baking requirements of the oven. Made to emulate wood burning, saving fuel and labor costs involved in maintaining the temperature.
*R.H.S.® System (Recycling Heating System) that allows for faster heat recovery during peak use, by circulating heat evenly around (underneath the cooking floor) at very high temperatures.
* Use of the best insulating materials available on the market.

Valoriani Commercial “Valoriani Verace” approved by A.V.P.N, offers a unique cooking system. The patented R.H.S. (Recycling Heating System) allows the recovery and exploitation of the emissions by recycling at the high temperature under the baking floor.
