Fantastic time with Joe & team – A great time with an authentic atmosphere and excellent advice and tips. We saw the pizza oven being prepared and lit and then made pizza dough using authentic Italian ingredients and really noted the difference when we made the pizzas and consumed plenty. Able to take home our dough balls (and pizzas) and continue the experience. Specially thanks to Joe and my apology for not recalling the lady’s name for their professional help.
